How Gown Preservation Works
Step1: Order Your Wedding Gown Preservation Kit ABOVE

Please Click Here to print the Packing LIst. Fill it Out and include it
with your gown at Pick Up time.

If you request a Home Pick Up locally, our driver will pick up your
gown on the date scheduled.  No box will be shipped  CLICK HERE to
schedule your Gown Pick Up locally with our drivers.

If you order Shipping Option:
We'll prepare your Gown Preservation Kit, pack the box with your pre-paid
shipping labels. You'll receive a 16x16x16 box in a few days.  We provide
packing materials, pick up and return shipping as a complimentary service.

Step 2: Fill out your Prepaid Shipping Label & Pack Your Dress

If you request a Home Pick Up locally,  our driver will give you a receipt
to acknolwledge what we pick up.  Please Fill out This Form and include it
with your gown at pick up time together with your Online Purchase Receipt

If your order Shipping Option:
When you receive the Preservation Kit, open the box, fill out shipping
labels. Place your gown in the shipping box and seal it.  Either call FedEx
800-463-3339 for pick up at your home or drop it off at convenient FedEx
locations.
Step 3: Relax. Your Gown is Cleaned, Preserved & Return to You

When we receive your gown, Before & After pictures will be taken. It will be
cleaned with a team of preservation experts.  Stains are removed.  Gown is
clean, pressed. Burst Form is placed in the preservation box and the
display window shows off your unique gown. It then begins the journey
back to your home.  Our average turn around is: 2-4 weeks depend on the
conditions & level of cleaning difficulties of your gown.

If you request a Home Pickup locally, we will schedule a date & time to
safely hand deliver your cleaned, beautiful gown back to you.

If you order Shipping Options: we will email you FedEx Tracking number
and expected delivery date.  Delivery Signature is Required.
As a Courtesy, we provide FREE  Home Pick up within Bay Area, CA

If you are in the Bay Area. If you are no in our Local Pick Up Zone, you can order FedEx ground shipping package. Will
send you shipping instructions including a pre-paid shipping label after your gown package purchase. All garments are
sent signature delivery, both directions. We must sign when receiving your package and someone at your delivery
address must sign to acknowledge the returned package.  

Shipping Insurance

We will automatically include $500 of shipping insurance to protect your garment at no charge to you. Additional
shipping insurance is available . All preservation packages are shipped within one week after ordered. They are
shipped FedEx ground within the continental US.
